Glucosamin 1000mg (at least/per day)
Chondroitin 800mg (at least/per day)
Silicea (very important, acts fore bases homeostasis as well)
As well as a fine balanced diet, with less of saturated fat, and less meat, but much of vegetables, Omega-3 and vitamins. The turnover rate fpr the cartilage takes at least 6-9 month so, chase that diet with high-accuracy). After a while your knee will feel better, the pain will vanish, and you confidend for your knee gets better.
