Medial joint line pain

Can't figure out what this is? Really bad pain along the medial joint line. Worse than before the surgeries (MPFL and TTT and arthroscopy) I'm using the CPM as much as possible and am up to 120 and the more I use it the worse it gets. If I sit and try and keep my knee bent it's the same pain. The pain is so intense I have to wait 2 or 3 minutes and stretch it out before I can stand on it. Once it goes away I can walk fine but this is exactly what I was going through pre-surgery.
I also have it terribly in the morning when I wake up I think from laying on my sides during the night and putting pressure on it.
Any ideas what it could be? MPFL related?
I can't call the doctor until next week. His assistant won't be in until the 7th.
Wondering if anyone else had this pain.

It could be from the mpfl, especially at the attachment site. I had a lot of pain there. It also felt better to keep my leg straight, so I stopped working on ROM so aggressively. Sometimes you just need to ice and rest more.

It's good to have permission to slow down on the ROM a little.
I tend to overdo things because my knee was so stiff all year last year I've been terrified of that happening again. It does feel better when I either go down to a lower number or just rest it a bit.
Did you have a huge scar? Mine is 10 inches but it's on the lateral side because the surgeon said it cuts through fewer nerves that way and I already have a lot of sensation back in my kneecap. It's very thin and with Mederma its' fading a little. I love Mederma.

I already had scars from previous surgeries so he chose to reopen/expand those rather than create new ones. So now I have a 3" TTT scar, 2.5" lateral and 1.5" medial scars. I use silicone gel/strips and they seem to work great.

I don't care that much about scars if it takes care of the problem but I do look like I was chased by a serial killer.
