I have had TTT on both knees, the most recent being my right knee last November.  I have had minimal problems from either, but after doing a lot of walking last week, my right leg is sore and tender near my screws.  It almost feels like shin splints but up around the top of my tibia.  Is this normal?  I never had this with my left knee and I still have the screws in place there after 6 years.
