Hi everybody,
I've knee AF treated with multiples failed surgeries and that's characterized/associated with an area hard as murble - how do you treat it?
I mean "non surgically" and considering I've already tried ASTYM (failed - imagine massaging with a tooled massage an area hard like murble - don't even possible it would help, in fact it didn't), whatever instrumental therapy such as ultrasound, laser therapies, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy, etc. (all failed).
I was considering Graston but I feel it'd be the same in results and even worse in pain during the treatment (treating this area with hard tools is excruciating painful, not tolerable with ASTYM, and please note I'd tolerate everything if it was helpful, but it was just way too painful).
Sounds like it's a very thickened capsule in there the problem..
Any suggestion?
