Take the time to read through some of the threads. Like any procedure, it has it's own failure rate and unfortunately doesn't work for everyone. Due to the nature of this board you're most likely going to read about people it didn't work for. People who it has worked for have most likely moved on and aren't worried about posting in forums. Personally, stem cell therapy has definitely helped my shoulder condition. My guess is that in 10-15 years this method will be mainstream leaving orthopedic surgery as an alternative.
