Hi guys. I had plica removed from my knee a few months ago. I want to describe my case, the complications i had & discuss what the future holds as i'm an impatient kind of guy & would like some feedback from others who've gone through what i have had.

Question is - which is the best forum for this type of discussion? I'd imagine not this forum - as it looks quite busy & would drop off the pages in 5 minutes flat! lol.
