What I have here is a BIONICARE BIO-1000. It has the hard plastic case, the control unit 2 rechargeable 9 volt batteries w/charger, one knee wrap, two electro pads, the wire harness, pouch for the control unit, a waist band, all instruction manuals, and 4 tubes of un-opened gel.
