alright so i hadnt lifted weights in 6 months then my first workout back i was doing squats and felt a pain in my kneecap
when it happened there was no swelling, bruising, tearing,popping, or clicking it just hurt in my kneecap
its been 6 weeks now and its about half as sore but still kinda stiff/slightly unstable
its becoming more stable/less stiff but very slowly
what kind of knee injury could this be??
