Thanks brams ano thanks for the hugs just frustrtating have good and bad days but the family and friends I have are brilliant and still managing to smile cause I think how far I have came :) me 2 hopefully when I go back swelling will be away hope u have been good and knees aren't to much bother xox

Thanks Tinks, my knees have been crap recently  ;D but hey we tough girls just brace up and get on, lol... Glad you're doing ok, let us know what happens!

Aug 2011 - diagnosed PF arthritis L knee
Nov 2011 - diagnosed CRPS L knee
Dec 2011 - MRI R knee, PFOA is worse than L!
June 2012 - no surgery 'til TKR's
Nov 2012 - CRPS spread to L foot/thigh, increasing pain
- Worsening pain/symptoms R knee
