Just popping in to say hi from another Western Australian.  I had a TTT twelve days ago and just happened to read your diary yesterday.  I noticed your incision is horizontal like mine is, which seems to be less usual for this surgery. It's still early days from my surgery so don't have anything helpful to add except I hope everything keeps improving over the next few months for you.

Hi fellow WA TTT 'champion' - oh 12 days post op ......... I still very clearly remember the pain in those early days. Hope you're doing ok - PM me if you have any questions. who did your op?

Today I combined my rehab exercises and performed them like a 'proper' workout - it was great to feel like I was 'really' training - even though it was just a change of mindset - sometimes that is all that is needed though!!!!

My pain levels have been pretty good most of the time. Just taking the occasional Panadol, mostly at night when my knee is really tired. My surgeon was Clem McCormick at Mercy Hospital. Mostly doing okay but OS wants me to drop crutches tomorrow when I'm two weeks. Feeling a bit nervous about that although I seem to be getting around okay with the brace now. Just have to go slowly.  ;D

A change of mindset can make a world of difference with the exercises. It's still early days but I can already see there are going to lots of highs and lows over the next few months.
