Hi all -apologies  for the delay in updating you all with latest re my knee.

I am cdue to go to go PT tomorrow so will be able togive more update again!

I am asof 2 wks ago at 110deg & started weight bearing exercises ie. Step ups & squads - having said all that i still can't walk up the stairs properly & asfor coming  down... impossible...! Just wonder when this all will change i am now almost 12 weeks post op. I still get aches& pains when doing the step ups and also when doing squads.  I think only way i describe is that  my knee doesn't feel like it's mine...

Oh well b back with more tomorrow...
