Hello,
 I am new to the forum i only found it the other day as i was fed up at home following a HTO on my left knee.I am now day 20 post op and unable to do anything because i am in a full leg cast.i keep reading of people who have had this done, no cast and are in physio by now.I know we are not all the same and if i have a cast its because i need it.i was just wondering if anyone else has had similar and how long it takes to get walking again.
