Rennschnecke posted a good answer to your separate post about LOA. I think you did too much activity and the fact you did not ice down, contributed to your stiffness after your last Astym session. You probably should plan to ice and keep activity on the light side with future sessions. It is a good idea to get established with another OS. If Dr Sevier is close to you, then try a consult with him, to see if you like him. He already has indirect knowledge of your AF thru the astym PT.
If the astym is helping you feel better, then stick with it. In all the time you have been a forum member, the astym has given you the most positive results.
