So good to hear from you Lexie! Sounds like the lealing has gone well, and life is the "new normal". Fantastic. I totally agree with you about how much more you appreciate being a bi-ped after that horrific accident. If nothing else, those old 70's mafia movies where they threaten to "breaka you kneecaps" takes on a whole new meaning.  :D
My own healing is still progressing. I've started using the gym in our complex within the past 3 months. They have an elliptical and a leg press and a step for working out, so I've been pushing to get my quad stronger - which I had let slip for 8 months or so. It really helps with the achy part. Like Sue, I have a good amount of clicking on ocassion. I started a new job, behind a desk as a researcher about 2 months ago. It's not so hard on the knee when you sit most of the day, but I sure do need the exercise.
Anyway, great to hear you're doing so much better Lexie! Anyone hear from floridanightingale lately? Best wishes to all for continued improvement with our knees - the joint that brought us all together! :) ;) :D
Make it a GREAT THANKSGIVING this week. I know I have a lot to be thankful for. Blessings, Jeff
