How much is to much to soon?
« on: June 24, 2011, 07:43:01 AM »
Hi,
I'm still getting to grips with medial oa & i'm wanting to up my activity levels, since i've been using a new brace & have had two injections, my knee has settled down a lot.
I'm worried if I do to much i'll aggravate it & possibly make it worse, also i've quite extensive ligament damage & worried the medial unloader brace I use won't protect my lig's, i've other dual hinged braces but they don't unload my lateral comp'.
Anybody any thoughts or any expierences?
Thanks bazil

For me, I never know when I do too much. But, the next day I pay for it good and proper. I am not allowed to wear an support in sports, because my doctor said I weren't allowed to wear one,
