Lots of good stuff in this thread, keep up the good work folks
I had my surgery 3 weeks ago (ACLR hamstring graft), and my recovery is going well. I am now walking unaided (at home) with no limp, have ~120+ degrees flexion and full extension. I was reading your early comments on the burning sensation you experienced on the front of your shin, I also had this too now and again. I have no idea what caused this, however I should say that I dont think its anything to be concerned about. Along the way I have also had small other niggles that last a few days of so, i.e. pain just under knee cap during flexion, pain on inside of knee below joint during prolonged movement but these are all just part of the rehab process so be prepared for these, but dont worry.
As everyone has said, just keep doing the exercies that have been prescribed to you as often as you can and I am sure everything will go according to plan
