I am a professional athlete,27 years old and I had an ACL recon and microfractures surgery 4 and a half months ago.everything was fine with my rehab and I was doing great until few days ago.My muscles are very good.Few days ago I started running after my doctor approved it.I only run few rounds around the football pitch and then I stop.Nothing too much.
After i started running I felt this strange pain in my knee but not during the run but immediately after I stop.The pain is below my kneecap,little bit on the outside and when I extend my knee.I don't know what it is..
I hope someone can tell me what is my problem.
