how can I reverse bad AVN in my Knee

I am 45 yrs old and do not want TKR or even partial.  I am thinking of making an appointment to see Dr.Dunn since I live in Florida.  I had an ACL repair in 2005 after delaying it for a couple years.  The only thing since then was an injection of synvisc in 2008 and again in 2010.  I also had a PRP injection in 2011.
