i saw the people post here , and some are still athletes . i had my A.C.I + T.T.O 10 weeks ago . i am a former basketball player , and didn't play for about 6 years now . what i did do since i was retired , are " boot camp " classes , basically everyday . i am to old to look into competing again , and truthfully , i am not even looking to play contact sport . the reason of me having this procedure , is to run , jump , sprint , lunge , squat , but with no contact ( if it matters ) . i am at a position , i feel the same pain in the joint as before . i still got to think before going up and down the stairs ,because of the sharp pain . and my knee making a lot of noises when walking ( not painful noises though ) . i got basically full range of motion ,and can squat somewhat , as i do it in physical therapy . i asked so many times before , and different specialists , for my goals , and weather i will be able to do them . i even asked about athletes went back to competitive sport . i was explained that going back to compete , is due to ability , and its basically the" icing on the cake " . in terms of functioning , and training hard , i have been told , there shouldn't be no problems at all .
does it all makes sense to you guys ?
would love to hear from you ...
