HELP READING MRI

Hi,
I had a MRI on my left knee today and the report hasn't been included.. have to wait another month to see the orthopaedic surgeon again.. Basically just wondering what the conclusion may be.. I have sharp, stabbing pains in both my knees, especially when bending/ stairs.. suspected patellofemoral syndrome.
