Melissa and skifanatic,Thinking about your upcoming surgeries Monday, I would recommend, if you have not already done so, to nail down what to expect post op immediately and in the few weeks following. You probably did this, but it never hurts to be certain. For your procedure exactly, what will they expect to do during recovery and rehab in the first days and weeks. In my case, this is where they had been lacking – but it all turned out well. You should try to be as knowledgeable as you can in order to be your own advocate. There are going to be ‘don’t do’ as well as ‘must do’ things. It is better to know beforehand than to be surprised. In my case they had pre-op literature that I received 2 weeks post op – not much use except in hindsight.Keep thinking of all the great activities you will get to do once you new knees are fully healed! Keep us posted on your progress.Dennis
