 :)For those interested - I am doing pretty good.  No pain in my knee but sore and tight - stiff!  Trying to walk on treatmill every day and hoping it will get stronger.  At least I am happy there is no pain like before and I can walk better and longer.

I am interested to hear how you are doing now.  I am thinking about getting this done too.

It is now nearly 6 weeks after my last injection.  It feels good - not great, but good.  I have lots of osteoarthritis and not much cartiledge so I do have some soreness and stiffness.  Occasionally it buckles on me and I am trying to get more strength by walking on the treadmill.  I am happy I had it done and would do it again.  Hope it lasts for a while.  By the way, I was walking with a cane and lots of pain before.  Elaine
