moderate miniscus tear problems
« on: December 16, 2010, 07:48:16 PM »
hello there after dealing with with this problem for 3 years now I figured I would join this place and see what anyone has to say about it. 3 years ago I was changing a semi tire and it zippered and exploded tearing my mcl and breaking my heel. The doctor casted it which no one knows why after 9 months of rehab they deemed me fixed and back to work I went, it would be fine unless I slipped toe outwards with weight or carrying weight over a long period of time I would need to sit down and rest it then it would be again, A few months back I was carrying a block and twisted it again. Doctor said I sprained my mcl which the physio therapist said it feels like a miniscus tear so after some testing mc murray test I believe, the pain was intense could not squat and would feel grinding or screw driver pain in the inside of knee, Have done weight training for months not painful to touch anymore but still the grinding and screw driver got an mri showed nothing x ray nothing. Everyone has ideas but no one knows what to do any ideas? Sorry its so long I am only 25 and don't want to live like this anymore.

HI

research orthokine treatment. I am currently having it. Contact the doctors and they will advise. they are very good and very honest. it is a very promising treatment, with no down time, cutting, or other damage.
