had mri tday of knee and right after they injected the dye into my veins i felt dizzy and vommited! i am nt allergic to shellfish or idione and haue nw been feeling been bad since than. wht could haue caused this, and has anyone else ever had it happen? and what can i do to feel better?

i have had the idential reaction. the vomiting and dizziness started immediately after they injected the dye. they said i was allergic to something in the dye and to never have one again. i felt ill for about 12 hours then was fine. we had to stop several times on the way home because i was violently ill. it was not life threatening just a pain in the butt.
