pain on bone after acl, lcl and posterolateral corner reconstruction

I have had an acl, lateral collateral and posterolateral reconstruction on the 12th june 2008, I am just wandering if the pain i feel is normal as i get a really sharp pain on the top of the tibia where the screw inserts for my lateral collateral ligament graft. It really hurts even if i touch it, does anyone know when the pain will subside it has been 5 months already, will it always be this painful i knocked it on a dashboard and it hurt like hell it was as if i was shot in the leg.
