Since November 2010, I have continued to run.
My best weekly distance is 86km. I regularly go on 25km runs.
I have now run 18 half marathon, and am thinking of running a full marathon.
My best recent Half Marathon time is 88:54, where I finished 45th/561 runners in the Cadbury Half Marathon. My 5km time is down to 19:30.81.
I've had some other short injury setbacks back, achilles, shin splints, but no problems with my knees.
I am entering country, state and national master athletics championships.
