Today, I am 306 weeks and 6 days post op and I went to see my original ACLR surgeon earlier as I think I have torn my meniscus in my ACLR knee doing Muay Thai.

MRI scan is on Monday at 8:30am.

Bummer...
2001 - Ruptured ACL
22 April 2006 - ACLR with Patella tendon.

Today i jogged for the 1st time on the treeadmill since i had my ACLr 58 days ago. Felt natural and physiotherpist was happy with my form. No pain at all.  ;D  Another step forward toward recovery. Also did my twice daily routine of hamstring, quad, and balance exercises.
