Hey,

I'm not sure of exercises for a bruised exercises but was wondering how you bruised your meniscus, the symptoms and how the pain, mobility is etc? I was told that I have possibly bruised mine but have been left slightly confused!

Thanks

Well, I don't exactly know how I did it, I just know that I was in pain for a while and eventually got and MRI.  They said that I just have a bruised meniscus...I had never heard of this before. I am still in pain, a month and a half later.  I go back to the doc in a month to see again.  I will let you know.

Hi laforce:

Was just curious how long this took for you to resolve?

I also bruised my meniscus based on MRI findings.  It's been five months, and I'm still feeling anywhere from achy to stinging pain.  It's my medial meniscus.

Hope you recovered quickly.  Take care.
