Dislocation of left patella and as a result left patellar tendon rupture in the medial section and torn at both ends.
3 Previous surgeries-semitendiosis tenodesis
Reconstruction surgery on left knee October 10 '07
TKR on right knee May 25 '10.....successful!
Limited ROM

May '09: LK ACL Allograft and 25% medial meniscus removal

7/16/09~OS allowed "toe touch" only
8/12/09~50% WB & No Brace

1/12/10~HW gone
