I don't know if everyone sees the same ads in the sidebar on the left side of the screen, but every so often the ads will be for pornographic sites or other distasteful sites.  Is there someway to control what ads are show?

Do you mean the 'right' side of the screen? The Google ads? Please copy me any urls that are inappropriate (via IM) and I will block them.
