4.5 Months post-op Snowboarding like a demon
7 Months post-op Successful return to indoor soccer (YEH!)

01/06 - suspect lateral meniscus tear kneeling to change a DVD.
6/4/06 - Arthroscopy to remove meniscus bucket handle tear, ACL found to be ruptured. 
6/3/7 - Hamstring ACLR

ha ha fun.. I live in Canada so I thought a pic of me out in the snow was suitable since it's winter 8 months of the year over here. Believe it or not I had about 24 inches of hair tucked under that hat. :)  But not anymore, I donated it to locks of love.. so it's only about 12 inches now.

One of my finer tackles..... ps Red mark on inside of knee is a birth mark and no this wasn't when I injured it!

Probably not legal but it was a competitive local derby game so anything goes!!  Our club photographer seems to have a knack of catching me in awful pictures...

RIGHT KNEE: meniscal tear 2008. Partial meniscectomy 2008 and again 2009.

This is me after the first 2 knee operations, back in 2000 in Catalonia, Spain.  This was one of the last events I rode.

This picture is taken in July.You cant even tell that i had my acl done ;D
I also wanted to say that this topic could by that kind of topic,where people post what they have been up to,if they want,lets say,if someone played first football game or went skiing again,then post a picture about what they are up to. ::)
