Well I'm not much into martial arts or dirtbike riding.  But here is an action shot at work.   ;D
04/22/06- Complete ACL tear and bucket handle tear of the meniscus.
05/26/06- Patella autograph and meniscus repair scheduled.

ok im starting the injured ones! -  in hospital with nurse about to apply the cryocuff  - leg in that rediculous thing that moves and the only time i have worn white stockings (plus trying to stop my one year old from leaping on my knee!)

How do I insert a pic?  When I click on the link to Insert image I get this "" what am I doing wrong, or what setting don't I have ticked correctly.  Back in the USA and appointment this am with OS!!!  Excited ;D

Click additional options.  At the bottom of the window cilck the browse tab and attach your file.  Then just insert text in the large window and post as normal.

May '06 - ACL reconstruction & meniscus repair
Complications - swelling, pain, lack of flexion/extension, 50% graft failure
Jan '07 Arthoscopy, debride, removal of adhesions & 50% of graft
Attempting to rebuild muscles so can continue sport & life

Most of us men and women here are really fit people who love their sports (and it how we got injured). Put us all together in a room and I think we'd make a very strong team in any fitness competition.  :-)

Just searching through my photo album of extreme knitting poses but can't find anything to compete with these!  Getting a new 4x4 next week so maybe I should get an action shot of that instead?

Henri - have to say you don't look how I expected - thought you'd be dark and studious!  Then I saw the second picture!  From all your stories of your accidents, I'm surprised you're not upside down in the snow ...!

This thread is quite addictive viewing - if they're all genuine of course ....!

I check back in every so often.  It's kinda interesting to put faces with names.  Great idea!!
