torn RK ACL March 2001, surgery Aug. 14 2006, after 4 knee sprains since Oct. '05.  Allograft, ~40% medial meniscus removed, some wear in the trochlear groove. Everything else looks good.

So nice to meet people. Great idea, Feeny. Here's the source of my knee problems but I really do love him dearly...Ellie
April, 2005 - ACL rupture, medial meniscus tear within posterior horn to articular surface, abnormal signal within lateral meniscus, partial tear MCL, bone contusions tibia/fibula, Baker's cyst.
No repairs.

Heres me fighting in the Europeans in 2004 in Dundee scotland (when my legs were fine lol)

4 meniscal repairs while waiting for MRI
Acl recon 1997 (patella tendon)
Infection post op (3 more athroscopic jobbies)
lcl sprain to right knee (incorrect diagnosis)
Right acl snapped August 06
ACLR To right knee (hamstring) June 7th 07

Alright - I can see I need to dig out hte action shots... Here am I showing my face instead of my jumps, shooting etc etc.
Action shots to come then.
Sep-05 ACL rupture, Medial mensical tear, MCL rupture
Oct-05 Had it all repaired (hamstring graft, meniscal rivet)
-and then-
4.5 Months post-op Snowboarding like a demon
7 Months post-op Successful return to indoor soccer (YEH!)

Ha ha nice thread. Will try and get something uploaded. Iv noticed how everybody has uploaded the big action shots, and none of us hobbling around on cructhes...

i think i dont even have picture of me on crutches,and also,i prefer the action shots.Altough it would be nicer if they would be with higher resolution.I cant really see the face on most of the pictures.I can see horse,but not the person :P

Ruptured ACL
Torn Meniscus
Impaction fracture to Tibia
Torn Muscles around my Knee.
Went to A&E told it was just an Infusion (swelling) and take painkillers. Returned to football and did more damage and finally got MRI.
02/06/06 - ACLR - Private Hospital.

May '06 - ACL reconstruction & meniscus repair
Complications - swelling, pain, lack of flexion/extension, 50% graft failure
Jan '07 Arthoscopy, debride, removal of adhesions & 50% of graft
Attempting to rebuild muscles so can continue sport & life

Sorry it's a still from a video, we have now got someone who has a camera good enough to get the action but I haven't got back to anywhere near that level. I like the one of you and your daughter, that's lovely and of course we did have you modelling your kneegeek t-shirt previously.

Miniscus removed from left knee
ACL ruptured left knee
ACL recon left knee

Back playing football, 5 times a week and arguably as fit as i was!!

How about a person with a couple of her dogs? At my age, photos are better limited to the animals - of which I love taking pictures...E
