If you look at the Home page you will see several options. You can post in the General Section called the Waiting Room or you can go to the Rehab section where there is also a General section.
Alternatively if you want specific advice from people who have undergone the same treatment then you can look in the Specialist Section where all the major knee treatments are listed.

General Board for those who have no idea where to posthttp://www.kneeguru.co.uk/KNEEtalk/index.php?board=8.0
General Board for those who have had treatment but are still having some issues or want to share their experiences.
The Specialist area which lists all the major knee conditions by area is further down the Home Page and is worth scrolling through to see if your area is listed.
For those with Osteoarthritis and its associated problems including Total Knee Replacement (also known as Arthroplasty Surgery) there is a whole section dedicated to that particular area of knee problems.
Basically just read the descriptions by all the special areas on the Home Page. If you do not see them then click on the arrow on the left-hand side of the section title and the whole section will open up if it is not visible when you get to the Forum for the first few times.
For TKR problems, there is a very good community posting in this Board particularly:http://www.kneeguru.co.uk/KNEEtalk/index.php?board=37.0
Just take a deep breath and ask away. Most people are posting from the patient's point of view and their advice is mainly anecdotal. There are a very few doctors and therapists who drop in but mostly the community is made up from patients.
I hope this helps
