I received a knee replacement on June 1, 2006.  I finished rehab a week ago.  The last two days of rehab and since then my knee makes a popping noise every time I bend it.  It is very annoying.  I try to move my knee slowly or hold my knee but it still pops. 
My doctor is on vacation.  I was wondering if this is normal. 
In getting a knee replacement, the doctor put in 2 rods - one below the knee and one above the knee to help stabilize the knee more.
