I did no training today, and none yesterday. None all week. Tendonitis. Quads shrinking again. :-( :-(
My current favourite squat exercise is a sort of pyramid set:15 x 90lb15 x 140lb15 x 180lb15 x 230lb15 x 180lb15 x 140lb15 x 90lb(and repeat if I am feeling particularly energetic!)I find it really works the whole leg and the changing weights give you something else to think about other than the pain )Dave
