Baker's cyst reiteration

I am 28 years old. Under my right knee was a Baker’s cyst, which disturbed to motion, but was not pain. Last year (at March) cyst has deleted. Hereon pain appeared in knee, and it got collect a synovitis.
Knee swelled, doctors have said that there was again a Baker’s cyst.
At December have done second operation (removing the cyst plus arthroscopy).
After 2 months the sonography has shown, that there is again Baker’s cyst in the same place. 3 months took Olfen and Sulfasalazin, 4 times have given an injection of Diprospan in knee.
Now I have severe pain in knee, there is synovitis.
Give me advice please.
