I am still reluctant to take to take Glucosamine as you get a mixed reaction from people that have taken it, some swear by it and say that it really benefits their knee problems while others say it makes no difference to their knee joints and can have long term side effects if taken on a regular basis.
Would it be sensible for me to take Glucosamine despite the side effects it can bring as regular long distance runner would I benefit from taking natural supplements.
