Ski binding advice
« on: December 06, 2004, 01:42:12 AM »
Hi all

Had a Hamstring recon in February and did reasonable rehab; lots of stairs and cycling every week plus an hour of tennis a week. Still deadish to the touch on the shin and patella soreness going down stairs when cold, but otherwise strong.

Plan to ski in ten days time.

Anyone got any advice about the din settings I need to have on my skis? Or any other advice, for that matter. Two settings down?

Don't want to over do it and re-offend!!

there has been quite a few discussions related to ski bindings.  Someone should be able to offer you some good advice.
