Dr Ponky Firer is the Director of Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine at Linksfield Park Clinic in Johannesburg, South Africa. Dr Firer was a founder of the South African Society for Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (S.A.S.A.K.O.S.). He holds Honarary life membership of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and is a former Board Member of the International Society for Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (I.S.A.K.O.S.) Special interests:Knee Arthroplasty and other Knee arthritis surgery, Knee ligament reconstruction.
