Dr Andree Ellermann is Chief Orthopaedic Surgeon at the ARCUS-Sportklinik in Pforzheim, Germany. The ARCUS-Sportklinik has a special focus on joint surgery.
He is an active member in different scientific associations and routinely acts as scientific lecturer for different events. Dr Ellermann has published numerous articles focusing on Knee Surgery, especially ACL-Replacement and Meniscus Refixation. He performs more than 1,200 operations per year. His clinical focus is treating all kinds of sports injuries in professional and non-professional athletes, and he has a particular interest in childrens' injuries.
For the last five years he has organized two annual meetings bringing together experts and participants of different specialties dealing with sports medicine and sports traumatology. His current special scientific and clinical interest is treating cruciate ligament injuries in children and adolescents and computer assisted navigation in orthopaedic surgery.
