In this section Mr Dirk Kokmeyer, physiotherapist at the Steadman Hawkins Clinic in Vail, Colorado - has prepared two specialist tutorials on rehabilitation of knee patients with arthrofibrosis.

Dirk Kokmeyer PT, SCS, COMT graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Hogelschool van Utrecht school for Physical Therapy in the Netherlands. He began work with Howard Head Sports Medicine Centers in Vail, Colorado in 2000. He received his Orthopedic Manual Therapy Certification (COMT) in 2005 and his Sport Certified Specialist (SCS) certification in 2006. He is lead physical therapist to Dr. Peter Millett of the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and specializes in sports medicine, manual therapy, manipulation and the rehabilitation of knee and shoulder injuries.
