What symptoms and disabilities are important to ACL reconstruction patients?

This survey is part of a study to compare two different scoring systems commonly used by surgeons to assess the success of knee surgeries.
If you have had an anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction you are invited to share your experiences by taking part in this survey. It is anonymous and only takes a few minutes to complete and involves ticking boxes rather than lots of writing.
To complete the survey:

This survey will hopefully make a difference to how doctors perceive the needs of ACL reconstruction patients in the future.
