Osteoarthritis
Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis, classically one or more - but not many - joints in the body, and classically the big joints (hip and knee) and the furthest finger joint.
This is in contrast to rheumatoid arthritis which tends to go for more joints and prefer the smaller joints - particularly the joint where the fingers join the hand.
Osteoarthritis is not generally associated with other symptoms of un-wellness, while rheumatoid arthritis tends when active to go hand-in-hand with general un-wellness, eye problems and other organ problems.
