Standing wall slides

 

Wall slides strengthen the quads muscles.

 

 


 

In case you cannot see the video, here is a still sequence -

standing wall slides Stand up against a wall, supporting yourself with your hands. Keep your feet at a comfortable distance apart and your heels a comfortable distance from the wall.
standing wall slides Slowly slide your body down the wall to a count of of five.
Keep that position for a count of five.
standing wall slides Slowly slide up again.
standing wall slides Do five repetitions.
