Dr Matteo Denti is an orthopaedic knee surgeon based at the Galeazzi Orthopaedic Institute in Milan.
Dr Matteo Denti is an orthopaedic surgeon and Chief of the Sports Traumatology and Arthroscopic Surgery Unit at the Galeazzi Institute in Milan, Italy, and is also Clinical Professor at the University of Milano Bicocca. He is a member of the board of ESSKA as Educational Secretary and member of the Knee Committee of the ISAKOS and vice president of the SIGASCOT (Italian Society for knee, arthroscopy, sports traumatology, cartilage and orthopaedic technology). His special Interests include disorders of the shoulder and knee, including those treated with open and arthroscopic surgery. Dr Denti is author of over 120 scientific papers published both in Italian and international orthopaedic journals. He has presented about 200 papers at medical congresses in Europe and the USA, is on the Board of Editors of the journals 'Artroscopia e Ginocchio' and 'Techniques in Knee Surgery', and is a Consultant Reviewer of 'Clinical Orthopaedics' and 'Knee Surgery, Sports Traumatology, Arthroscopy'. Dr Denti has received a number of professional awards: - Award from the Italian Orthopaedic and Traumatology Society for a fellowship in U.S.A. for knee surgery.
