Wall slides

Wall slides are rehabilitation exercises.

The term is used both for:

  • standing up with the back against the wall, and slowly bending the knees, while the back slides down the wall (standing wall slides)
  • lying on the floor with the legs up against the wall, and bending the knees, allowing the weight of the legs to slide them down the wall (lying wall slides)

There is currently no content classified with this term.
