Mini trampoline

This video sequence demonstrates the use of the mini trampoline for building strength, improving balance and regaining proprioception (position awareness).

 


 

In case you cannot see the video, here is a still sequence -

mini trampoline Stand on the mini trampoline with your hands on your hips and your feet comfortably apart.
mini trampoline Bend your knees and jump, starting with small jumps.
mini trampoline Keep your hands on your hips.
mini trampoline Absorb the jump on landing by bending your knees.
mini trampoline Repeat 20 times.
