Hip flexion & adduction

This video shows a combined exercise - hip flexion together with hip adduction.

 


 

If you are unable to view the video, here is a still sequence of the exercise -

hip flexion and adduction Relax on your back on a firm surface with the knees bent and a soccer ball held between them.
hip flexion and adduction Holding the ball firmly and keeping the knees bent to 90 degrees - slowly bend the hip.
hip flexion and adduction When you get the hip bent to 90 degrees, hold it there for a few seconds.
hip flexion and adduction Slowly come back to the base position. Repeat the sequence 10 times.
