Cybex

Cybex is a trade name for an 'isokinetic' machine used both to measure knee function and for knee rehabilitation.

An isokinetic machine is a piece of equipment (usually computerised and expensive) which allows muscles to be exercised at a constant speed. This offers special benefits in knee rehabilitation as it is the fastest way to gain muscle strength.
